New Look

Nice range of clothes. Bit pricey, not much in store for plus size, but I guess that's what online shopping is for. Always have a lil nosey when I'm in town though and see nice things, but never buy anything

easy to find exactly what i wanted and super friendly staff member at the till. definitely needed to be cleaned though

Loads in the sale, post xmas

Business is located in the Victoria Gardens shopping centre accessed via an escalator or lift. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good range of clothing and shoes. Queues at tills are always dealt with promptly and you are able to try clothing on once again.

New Look is well organised with kind staff. Almost always pop in when in Harrogate, however I wish they carried each item in more sizes - I found a lovely top but it was only available in store in 3 sizes, unfortunately.

Though places like this shop are closing by the hour, our hope is that this one won't. Nice staff down there

Not New looks best looking stores , but my daughter loves the clothes, plenty of great offers. Despite being quite busy staff very friendly & helpful.

Staff are lovely! That's the only positive about this shop. Inside its stark and uninspiring, new look clothes that look so appealing in other stores look awful here. Doesn't have any of the apricot or tall or maternity sections that other stores have. Disappointing.

Ordered in their website. They took the payment but told me it was declined and to contact customer services. I have had no response and they have taken ny money

Love coming here always manage to buy something and very reasonable prices
