The staff at Harrogate store couldn't have been more helpful when my daughter asked me to check out availability of a dress she had seen in the store in Cornwall
Visited the Harrogate store recently to pick up an online order this was my mistake it had not arrived and I was only there for the day, the manager Terina could not have been more helpful she said it was no issue to them and they would post it out to me once they received it that was above abs beyond considering it was my mistake all the staff were really friendly and helpful and a staff member called me when the parcel had been posted that is to all staff would definitely recommend the store abs it was set out lovely too thank you
Very friendly and helpfull staff excellent shop to browse and as always at mint velvet good quality ,style and choice . I had been looking on line and hoping to find a dress out off stock on line sadly not in shop but assistant offered to look in other areas and success dress found in London and its on its way to Harrogate great service.. My must visit shop .
