I would like to acknowledge the wonderful, helpful and friendly service from Nickie - Harrogate store, when I was having difficulty in locating a particular dress. Nothing was a trouble. Service with a smile. So lovely to talk to someone as helpful. It made my day : Dress located! It is perfect. Thank you.

Went in today looking for a coat for myself, I was looked up and down by the blond lady shop assistant I wasn’t spoken to not even an hello. I was with my husband and he insisted we left due to the rude assistant. Went to Brora and purchased a beautiful coat , can companies afford to have poor customer service?

Cant believe how helpful Tania was at the Harrogate store. I'd bought a dress online, it was a bit too big and I phoned up the store and they ordered one in from another store. Collected it today and its perfect! So helpful, really pleased! Thanks so much Tania.

A warm light clean shop. Happy smiling staff who let you wander around looking at the clothes at your will. A comfy sofa for you to sit on whilst friends/Family try on items. On street parking but don't forget to get a parking ticket from the machine.

I recently visited Hobbs in Harrogate. Nicky served me. She was pleasant, professional and well informed. A very good experience. I will be back there again soon.

My daughter and I were trying to track down a specific Hobbs dress that we could not find and the lady at Harrogate Hobbs rang round the whole country for us.She was amazing and could not have been more helpful.With no joy she suggested that we sign up in case they restocked and from this we managed to get the last dress in that size which I suspect was a mail order return.Thrilled with the dress and wow what wonderful service fro Harrogate Hobbs.Best Hobbs branch in the country.
