Good old fashioned service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended

I have to give a 1 star. I decided to treat myself to a nice pair of store-bought shoes...support local, rather than go to Amazon. Sole has pealed back after only 2 months of wear! So I rung store and I need proof of purchase the bank statement didn't satisfy that and to come into the store to have a look at them I don't live locally. Better service would have been from Amazon!

Went in to buy a pair of leather soled shoes with my dad. Jean was excellent and spent lots of time with my dad. Unfortunately could get nothing that suited but Jean was an excellent ambassador for the shop.

We Called in to the Harrogate store on Thursday 30th May. We were nicely greeted and served by colleagues but mainly served by their new member of staff -her first day- sorry don’t nave her name only till number 100119. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes which is very rare as nothing rarely fits us. The choice of shoes is excellent, Something different and very nice quality. The staff new their stock very well. Full marks to your new member of staff and everyone there. Great store-a very pleasurable encounter. We shall be returning. Thank you.

Not very well made boots considering the price of them. Fly London lasts longer. The sole has come off them after less than a year of owning them. The sales assistant was friendly though, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They're also not a very good slim fit calf. I wouldn't have minded if they were cheap but they're not. Expensive and cheaply made. You won't even get a year out of them.

Store has moved further down the street. Larger with more stock than previous. Helpful staff, very knowledgeable young lady. Will return
