Frequently under staffed which means slow service.
They have even had to close the trainer section due to not enough staff in. Real shame.

Appalling service. Staff didn't know what they were doing.in shop for an hour, came out of shop with no purchases.

Doesn't open at 9am as stated on the website. All staff sat outside and I'm waiting in the carpark to collect an order for my holiday tomorrow!  Staff don't know when there opening!

The young women upstairs in the shoe section was very rude, quite arrogant, some of the other staff stand around talking to each other, I personally think you need to get workers that actually work, always such a long wait upstairs. Downstairs in the clothes section is so much better, quicker service, politer staff. Big store good range of options.
