They have some excellent bargains. I bought somenStrappy tops which you wear as vest tops under your clothes, or as I do with pj bottoms in bed, lots of colours and they wash and wear really well.nThere are lots of great things to buy and I always enjoy going there.

THIS COMPLAIN IS ABOUT THE SECURITY GUARDnnOn Saturday 11th of November, I went with my small/10kg Corgi to your Bracknell branch.nIt has been HEAVILY advertised in social media that now your stores are dog friendly! I entered the shop and every single staff smiled to the dog, at least 5 of them pet her and gave her compliments… after 30 minutes walking around, I went to the area where you keep the dog’s items and there the security guard came over, and in the rudest way possible told me to leave immediately.nWhen I tried to say anything, he said he “was so busy and didn’t have the whole day”. I was with my partner, and he exited the store with my dog, I went to pay and commented to the cashier the incident… she said it has been a recurring issue with this security guard and that YES! That is indeed a dog friendly store.nIf I would have been alone, I was not going to be able to pay as this security guard couldn’t care less about losing sales as long as the dog was gone… bear in my it is a SMALL / 10 kg dog that was not barking or hassling anybody. This individual just wanted to be rude and exercise “his power” by breaking a company policy.nI didn’t want to call the manager, cause it is not my style to make a scandal… but since at corporate level they are investing so heavily in letting customers know you are pet friendly, wouldn’t hurt you know security has to be briefed about this and embrace the policy… otherwise they will not hesitate to give your customers a horrible time and drive the sales off just cause they themselves are NOT dog friendly.nnEDIT - I got 3 - THREE - apology emails from Primark HQ and another one from the security company. All reassuring this is a dog friendly shop and saying sorry for the bad experience.nHowever, today - Wednesday 27th Mar 24 around 11.30am - I attempted to go shopping with my dog again, but it wasn’t possible at all this time… a so called manager not aware of the company policies, not aware of the company social media campaigns or any reviews left not in “her shop” 3 months ago… kicked me and my dog out, I offered to show her the emails but she couldn’t be bothered to even look at them, she simply dismissed anything I said, responding to everything “she was not aware of that”, she wanted to personally and very RUDELY walk me out of the shop and show me the sticker at the door that said “service dogs only”nI will raise this again to Primark HQ, it’s a totally absurdity to have a “manager” that doesn’t know the very basics of customer service or understanding how a shop operates per example READING REVIEWS, that help improving the operations…nNEVER AGAIN going to this branch!
I love this primark always manage to get a bargain or two. Staff are really helpful and happy. I live in Middlesex but gladly drive to bracknell as the shopping experience is so much better would highly recommend.
It’s nice and affordable, I got my nice hot water bottle from there
