My sister and I just spent two wonderful days at this lovely B&B with our hosts Doug and Adrian. We were on a weekend workshop held in the grounds in a super Workshop space. The cooked breakfast was excellent along with the pot of real coffee and toast to follow. The eggs are supplied from their own chickens, so fresh. We slept well in our warm cosy room with comfy beds. We will be returning soon.

This was our 4th visit to Splatthayes, and our 3 nights there (in mid December) were as comfortable as ever. Doug and Adrian made us extremely welcome - they are very engaging hosts. And the breakfasts were quite delicious.

Lovely stay, great area, hosts make you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Very accommodating with last minute arrivals. Breakfast is delicious and the homemade marmalade is a favourite. Beautiful location. Feels like home from home. Doug and Adrian are perfect hosts. Would recommend this lovely b&b to anyone.
