I had a full hip replacement operation here last week and I can honestly say my whole experience was excellent. The consultant, nurses, anaesthetist, radiographer, physiotherapist, catering team were all so kind, caring and friendly plus extremely efficient. Would highly recommend
I was recently at the Spire Lea Cambridge September 2022 for an operation with an overnight stay and I cannot recommend the hospital enough! The facilities are wonderful, the menu was great, the operation was handled extremely well and the staff are absolutely fantastic! From the reception staff at check in to the catering staff, nurses and all the other health practitioners - they made quite a large operation the best experience it could be for that kind of thing!
absolute waste of time and money, edited to say, I was booked in for a consultation today to see about a discectomy because i have been suffering for years with sciatica, only to be NOT OFFERED one, and told to lose weight and do yoga.... even though im self funding... very disappointed to say the least
Enquired to book a private scan. Left all my contact details. 3 days ago and have not heard anything back. So have gone else where.
So, my operation was cancelled a few days ago, and neither my consultant nor Spire are telling me about when operation will be rescheduled. The only advice handed out was “if you’re in pain, phone NHS.” Great. £6,500 spent right there. “Your health doesn’t have to wait”… ON YOUR WEBSITE! YOUR WORDS!
Really disappointed! Called to check if they offered dental Xray, they reassured me but when I showed up the quality was so poor that the consultant could only refer me to another practice! Waited 3 months for the appointment, wasted 3hrs to get there and back then got a £210 bill in post! I gained nothing from the appointment, it actually postponed the treatment that I have to get elsewhere!! Absolute waste of money and time. Do NOT recommend the Spire Cambridge Hospital
Excellent very friendly. Well looked after. Lovely nurses and doctors and Good food.
Very poor service from start to finish rude staff, don’t return you calls , still waiting over a week for a CT scan result, but they are very very happy to take your money which I’m still waiting for a receipt for my advice is try ringing them to see how unhelpful they are for your selfs.

Had an operation of rhinoplasty on reconstructed stretched earlobes with Mr. per hall! was amazing service before, during and after my operation. everyone was super knowledgeable, attentive and kind. would highly recommend
