I had the mirena coil fitted a couple of days ago. The whole experience from the consultation over the phone and up to the very last second with them was brilliant. Staff are prompt, on time, courteous and very understanding. All members of staff were just amazing, from the receptionist, people I saw in the corridor, and of course the ladies who dealt with me. Everyone in the room was relaxed and made me feel so at ease. I felt like I could be myself. I was informed of everything and they even told me what they were doing as it was being done. I was given all the correct advice for before, during and after my appointment, including aftercare information to take home. We even managed a few jokes and giggles along the way too!
Fantastic customer service. The phone is answered straight away, staff are very courteous and helpful. Arranged an appointment for the date and time suitable for me. Very happy so far.
I had a great experience! Very friendly staff , the nurses are very kind , they spoke to me very nicely! Good experience overall! And Amanda was very polite and gentle!
Ever since the change to “icash” this service has declined. Now long waiting lists , inexperienced staff, huge waiting times in clinic, can never get appointments for your regular GP . Closed Friday! Il be taking my care back to Dean Street!
Been on the waiting list for 3 months just for an implant…. then when i called to get an update and finally when i got through i still can’t get one for another 3 months?
Every since changed to icash this place has gone bad to worse! Never answer phones . Specialist Drs only do morning clinic. And when you do get an appointment be prepared for at least a 30minute wait in a seemingly empty waiting room!
Great service! Phone answered straight away, answered all of my questions Staff very kind and helpful! Would recommend, very pleasant experience!
Awful telephone service. Never answer the phone, tried several times waiting in the queue and by the end of it they just cut off the phone line.
Useless. Whenever I call, it tells me "please check the opening times on our website"...and your website says your open?
