Went to the iCash clinic in Cambridge and received birth control, therapy and health advice all in one visit. Never met such compassionate and professional doctors in my life. Usually I feel like I have to advocate for myself every time I go to a doctor but not this time. It was like seeing a very lovely friend, who also happened to be a doctor.

Extremely long wait times on the phone, followed by at least a years waiting for the appointment. After being told mine was on October, I called at the start of the month to check the date, only to find it had been suddenly moved to November. My advice: don’t bother calling here.

Incredibly difficult to get through on the phone. No online appointments, you are made to use a phone booking system that always seems to put you in a queue and then auto-hangs up on you after 15 mins - infuriating. I often leave a full hour in order to get through, and even then you sometimes just can't. If you can get an appointment, the staff and nurses are wonderful and professional, it is just such a shame about the booking system.

I spoke to the most helpful lady Erin she was so kind and sorted everything out for me. Great service!!

Call as soon as they're open to secure an appointment.  If you are lucky enough to get one, the specialists are wonderful and helpful.

Just today I went to the clinic to get the IUS insertion done. The doctor was super sweet and helpful and explained the process beforehand. The process has been quite painful and I was anxious but the assistant helped a lot and held my hand through. Even after the insertion they have been super nice and offered me water and treats, as I was still feeling sick. Even before the appointment, I spoke on the phone with a receptionist and a doctor, who explained the procedure and helped me choose the coil. Both were super lovely and I can't thank the whole team enough! If you are considering getting the IUS as birth control, please consider booking it here, you will get all the support you want and need!

Went for a copper coil, they got me one two days after my first appointment. The doctor and health care assistant were so lovely, kept talking to me throughout the pain of getting it done and even offered to go grab me some water, I was incredibly anxious and they could tell but so happy with the way they treated me!  The receptionist both times have been super lovely and would recommend going here as they are very professional.

I've had a tricky coil removal and had the best care I could only think of. The visit wasn't pleasant for me, however, Dr Lynne Gilbert along with help of Amira sorry I don't know the surname did what they could to be very gentle with me. I would definitely recommend the services. The place is new and clean, reception staff very nice.

They are rude they dont give you an appointment even if your conserned for your health. the female reseptonist will do anything iin her power to talk down to you and not give you an appointment they do one drop in a week thats cramped and not good for anyone with anxiety .i miss the days of the laurals was much more afective .also the doctors are really oppinunated and they talk down to you and make you feel even more crap .wouldnt recomend if you need fast treetment

You have to call 8:30am in the morning, otherwise you won't have any appointment despite you have symptoms and experiencing pain. The receptionist on the phone admitted to get an appointment is pure luck. So you are paying your NI and all the rest and then is a luck to get an appointment and they don't even advise you what to do if you are unlucky. Today was my 3rd attempt to try. It is a joke, isn't it? Disgraceful place with no emphatic feelings. When it used to be Laurels at Grafton, was much more better. You always had appointment and if you were ill, they got to see you, no matter what! They have money to have 2-3 receptionist who are working only 8:30-9am in the morning as after that no appointment or anything.
