Confirmed and paid for appointment for cancer treatment, week later had phone cannot to inform that it was booked my mistake and space not available. Very disappointed

Medical staff were good, but administration was a nightmare. Didn't get any communication about appointment until they called to ask why I missed it. Called multiple times and left messages. Eventually got through by email, even then no appointment details, address, map, directions etc. Arrived ahead of time and waited > 25 mins to be seen for a private consultation. Admin team need education on communication and customer focus.

After having a bad reaction to a procedure, nobody could help me as the consultant had gone to his other job in Glan Clywd. Despite several calls to get hold of him via his secretary with no reply I had to go to my NHS doctor for help.nStaff at Spire friendly, but if something goes wrong there is no one there who can help, not even a nurse can give you advice I was told as they can’t interfere with the consultants treatment. So the after care does not work. Awful experience with very bad communication.

I went to Abergele consulting rooms and received excellent treatment and advice. I then went into the Spire Yale in Wrexham for an operation and could not have been treated any better.

we were on holiday when i started to get cystitis so went to see the local doctor who made me a temp patient  and sorted me out twice, both he and the rest of the staff did everything they could in a very kind and professional way, thanks againnKathleen Nicholson
