The hospital itself is amazing...staff are lovely,friendly helpful and none judgemental,can't do enough to help you,so five stars for them...this review is for the Panton surgery based within the hospital...horrendous treatment (or lack of) for myself and my children,one gp regularly stinks of alcohol but staff refuse to take action despite reports,locums just do not care about the patients at the surgery at all,gone down hill since doctor Prasad retired. Only so many times they can ignore you or refuse to help patients. We're leaving.

Holywell district nurses are an absolute joke! I've just had a call from mums doctors to say because we're refusing access to them to come do mums dressing, that they are not coming anymore. First off they should of been coming EVERYDAY. Have they? No have they hell! Someone came on Tuesday fair enough, mum asked I she could get them to come everyday and bring dressings because when they do actual come they hardly bring anything! A nurse turned up this morning AFTER I had already done mums dressings because they haven't been turning up! And apparently that's me refusing them access to my mum?! And better yet, the doctors receptionist spoke down to my mum saying I should not be doing my mums dressing because it's a hazard to my child apparently, to which (sorry mum) I snatched the phone and said, if its such a hazard then why do the nurses not turn up when we've asked numerous times to come everyday and not just two times a week, and to actually give my mum time to answer the door when I'm not in! They know she can't get to the door quickly by they don't bother to wait?! In forced to do their job because they simply can't do it! Yes sorry bit of a rant, okay big bit of a rant but its not on! Had enough of their bs.
