I recently had to visit Glan Clwyd Hospital for a rather invasive examination. I was dealt with promptly, with the utmost professionalism and put totally at ease by the very caring staff. Whilst the NHS has come in for some criticism recently, DO NOT blame the staff. Problems are the result government policies past and present, an ever aging population, (of which I am one), and advances in medical knowledge and technology enabling better and quicker diagnosis of diseases.

Wonderful care taken in audiology today although the temporary cafe let's the hospital down, cold food in a hut or baps sold in the corridor best described as their cafe arrangements was not amused at all!

This hospital was amazing to my dad he was on holiday at the time back in September and had breathing problems the staff on the a and e department were very thorough and explained everything that they was doing especially the chap from Liverpool I think.his name was Chris. He was then put on ward 10 were they were amazing too I cannot fault this hospital for the staff and the cleanliness of the hospital Keep up the fantastic job that you are doing.

Terrible place, lost my fathers hospital notes even though he had been in a week!!!! each nurse had no idea what was going on, put in treatment rooms when they wanted the space for other patients on the ward. Forgotten about. Would not recommend at all. No one knew what they were doing! 😡

Sitting in pain 3.5 hours to see a triage nurse who was so abrupt and cocky...not a good start. She said to me your case is not an emergency you choose a wrong time to come in,and i have to wait another 5 hours until a doctor can see me! Call the Ambulance this is my advise do not go in by yourself because is take ages!
