Just got off the phone to them and what a joke. I was trying to get an appointment for someone to look at repairing or replacing my exhaust and she turned me away and said ring fiat they can order you one.
Having had caravans and motorhomes for 40 years I can honestly say this was best buying experience so far. From walking in to driving out with new van nothing was too much trouble. A great deal fair part exchange and a comprehensive handover were all part of the deal. Lastly a big thankyou to Peter who was excellent throughout and a credit to the company.
Had our caravan couple of years ago with the understanding that the front of the van was resealed this winter noticed water inside at the front, I investigated and for sure sealant was just run on top of the old stuff, no way was the joint taken of and reseald proper, good job I had seen it was able to put a temp fix for winter, great caravan fitters there, not
Arrive here 20 minutes before closing staff accommodating friendly, but we had been to the other spinney outlet to view some motor homes they had none of interest to us they said we could go to spinney as they have a load of new one's but no they had none ah well
If 0 was an option,that would have been chosen. “Popular Optional Extras” is an advertised option when purchasing a new motorhome from them. 2 weeks I have been trying to get a quote off them for an awning,and still awaiting a response. Shocking !!!
Bought a new motorhome. Came with so many big faults that it should have been rejected. Terrible after service apart from Dan who did his very best to sort things out. Would never buy from them again.
Nice and interesting experience, such a shame the cafe has gone, just a coffee machine that's it!!. Staff helpful and friendly, people come for a day sometimes from far a field and surely a small eatery or something could be arranged.
Still great after sales service and care from all the service and repair team.
Loads of caravans at all prices from the mega cheap mini caravans to the really expensive motorhomes. Update: 29/08/22 - We have been back for another visit and bought a caravan! - Excellent service from the start. Look forward to picking her up at the end of September so we can start our caravan adventures.
Have been going here for many years. we loved looking at the caravans and motorhomes and planning our retirement....we had a motorhome but now have a caravan, however didn't get it from here as they are so expensive! The shops good and prices ok, you can look around and get no hassle from staff which is nice. We live local so often go in here for stuff.
