Excellent service from Mark and Frank at the Ready Steady Store in Leek Road, Hanley. Our unit was clean and dry with plenty of room for the furniture we needed to store. Easy access 24/7 and at a good price too!
Very good service provided by Ready Steady Storage in Hanley. The staff are friendly and helpful, the storage facility is clean and tidy, and the 24 hour access for the facility is very handy as well. The storage facility is in a good location as well, not far away from Stoke On Trent train station and Hanley town centre.
The staff are ok here, although a bit fixated on payments, but quite efficient. The actual storage was a bit gritty on the floor, but otherwise a good space with some air flow. However, it was extremely cold in there, and also a bit damp, so things starting to smell a bit musty after 6 months approx.
Excellent service. From my very first enquiry, the staff at the Hanley branch were friendly, professional and helpful. I first rented a unit to win a bit of space at home while de-cluttering then due to a house move needed more storage space at short notice. There were no problems at all and the options were flexible to suit my needs especially the 24 hour access. I mostly dealt with Mark or his colleague Irish accent - sorry I didn't get his name and both made the process very easy. If I require storage in the future I would definitely use the Hanley branch again. A*****

I had an excellent experience using Ready Steady Store Hanley. From when I made initial enquiries the staff were so helpful and friendly in helping me find storage that suited my needs. The staff are always approachable and ready to answer any queries that you might have. Great value and excellent customer service. I will be using them again :
The experience I had with Ready Steady Store was fantastic. There were no problems or hitches. They did what they said they would when they said. Most of my correspondence was through Mark, who was wonderful and very personable. Thank you Mark. Would definitely recommend.

Absaloutly brilliant... Had a nightmare to find storage Untill I got in touch with ready steady store. They went above and beyond for me especially Mark and Frank. Made my house move a little less stressful Thanks guys.
