Made a specific trip out as they had a leather jacket l’d seen. Good parking area out front with a food vendor open. Warm welcome & offered a coffee whilst l browsed, section of clothing was good with plenty of sizes & was advised if my size wasn’t available they could order it in. Would travel out of my area again to them for the staff interaction. I didn’t get the lady staff members name unfortunately.
Great service start to finish with the sale of a new Scrambler 400 x.nCheers to Simon and the rest of the team. Can’t wait to ride it! See you at the first service.
Service team were good although they don't have much of a clue about detailing a bike or properly cleaning it.nThe sales team offer you ridiculously low prices for part ex and then mark them up at top retail price .nAvoid part ex with these at all costs.nUsed bike prices here are also very high even compared to other Triumph dealers.nPersonally I wouldn't use this place again .
Once seen to the staff were great. But visited twice and both times was a big wait to see someone. It appeared staff were wandering around talking to each other rather than busy
Still loving the rocket three I purchased from them.nGot a great deal
