I’ve been dealing with Staffs fitness now for 4 years, buying used gym equipment mostly full commercial. I have to say the service is top class! I’ve purchased Hammer strength, Precor Icarian and Cybex Machines.  Weight plates, dumbbells and bars all of which have been professionally checked before I’ve collecred. The Owner and his wife make time to chat to me if I see them and the sales staff are amazing. Staffs fitness dont open at weekends but as I travel from Ireland and can only get over on a Friday night they kindly make provisions to have a member of the team open on a Saturday for me to collect the kit I’ve bought, this in my opinion is service! My latest bit of kit, a bodymaster leg press, was purchased on eBay and I asked for it to be refurbished. The machine was sandblasted back and resprayed, new hand grips and padding were added. The machine now looks like new as you can see from the photos I’ve posted.. As far as I’m concerned I’ll be continuing to purchase equipment from Staffs for years to come!!

Avoid this company at all costs.  I purchased a Cybex Arc cardio machine for well over 1000 pounds on the proviso of more pictures being sent to me, as the pictures on Ebay were from funny angles and were dark. I had to ask 5 times for them and nothing but excuses were given.  They then tried to deliver to me without my consent, before it took them another 10 days to finally deliver again with no notice a badly damaged and rusted machine which I refused to take delivery of. See the pics, the leg wouldn't even reach the ground, damage to handle, cup holder, and rust all over.  They then refused to refund me as they needed to deal with the courier. I explained how the damage had happened was of no concern to me and that I needed the refund to buy another machine from someone else, as it had been weeks now since I ordered.  When I left them negative feedback, so other customer could be warned, they then told me I would have to wait another week for my refund as I had not dealt with them in an 'amicable way', and had taken the 'formal route' of giving feedback and also tried to illegally charge me for delivery fees and a 10% restocking fee! No wonder they have 100% feedback by trying to heavy hand customers like that who stand up to them.  Absolute cowboys, don't deserve to be in business.

Ordered one of the Prime RO-T8 bars, been looking for a U.K. supplier for a while. Delivery promt, and invoice sent, very happy with the service.

Just wanted to say thanks for such brilliant service in difficult times. took an order for a kettlebell and delivered it quickly whilst in lockdown. brilliant company. if i need any more fitness equipment in the future i'll be back to shop here. deserves your custom.

There was a barrier down at the entrance, so we googled and phoned their office in Lichfieldand were given a code to get through the barrier. We then rang the bell to try and get into the building, but nobody came out. We then had  to face another barrier when trying to exit the building, we buzzed again and nobody responded. Fortunately we then remembered the code from before and it worked. I don’t know what the place is actually likes as we could not get in,

I had a company let me down with kettlebells, they took the money but the goods never turned up after lots of excuses, I eventually got my money back and then I found  staffs fitness and it was an absolute brilliant service from Start to finish, the delivery driver called me the night before and texted when he was 30mins away... I have now found my go to fitness provider.. Well done team staffs fitness

Not sure who the angry little man is that drives the company van around Stoke-on-Trent, but I've seen him a few times now driving like he wishes he was hosting Top Gear.

Placed order for Concept 2 rower on their website which stated they were in stock. Received an email 3 days later saying they were on a long lead time from manufacturer so no they weren’t in stock. Still don’t have a Concept 2 rower because of this.

Ordered a load of the Air Attack bikes, really good condition!! Extremely happy with them!
