Well located venue with parking. A variety of rooms to suit all occasions and configurations. Organisers .... get there in time to get the room warm
Valuable asset to the community. Spilsby Franklin hall, which was originally known as the Drill Hall, was built in 1899 for the 7th Spilsby Rifle Volunteer Corps. This organisation had been formed in 1860. The building had housing for Sergeant instructors and had a long rifle range annex down the west side of the building. The main hall was similar to that of today. In the early 1900s the army nationally replaced the Rifle Volunteer Corps with the Territorial Army Battalions and in 1912 “C” company of the 5th Territorial Battallion of Lincolnshire was based in the Drill hall. From here it was mobilised when WW1 was declared in 1914. During the great war Spilsby Drill hall was used as a Red Cross hospital, manned by volunteer nurses caring for wounded soldiers.
Had my first vaccine appointment at Franklin Hall yesterday. Very well organised, volunteers were great as were the nurses administering the Jabs. In and out within minutes. Lovely venue and top job.
Had my 1st Covid19 Vaccination here today - first visit to this venue. Lovely hall and being well used and managed by all the vaccination team here. My thanks to all for making the experience both painless and pleasant.

Excellent function venue for weddings/partys.
Have attended several events at the Franklin Hall. It is large and spacious with well-maintained loos and has a catering section for snacks and drinks. The 'Post Office" Car Park is accessible by crossing the road and then a short walk. All day parking is £2 although free if only for an hour and after 6.00 p.m. also.
The hall at the moment is being used for the vaccine jab. It's nicely layed out and plenty of extra rooms for other functions. Very smart.
Absolutely fantastic, vaccination staff were amazing and ultra friendly and helpful....thank you to everyone for there help....
Had Covid Jab here. Very organised and have a lot of respect for the staff and volunteers. Well done to you all
