not a good experience at all paid £35 to have some items removed for recycling as it states you can do so on the website. payment taken No confirmation email..no reference number given and was taken to a timed out expired webpage where it messed the whole process up So my money was taken that I can't afford to loose like that And I have no one picking up my stuff. Not a good experience at all Very poor. I'm really unhappy loosing money like that. I can't afford to loose money for nothing
An absolute shambles of a council, badly run, can’t get name spelling correct on register and won’t change it. The refuse collection is a joke 5:30 in the morning or you have to wait a month for collection. All of their money goes to the coastal part of the region to the detriment of other areas. Staff are rude and lazy. Other councils have been much better run than this, it needs to be absorbed by a better managed one.
