Had a meal in here as we were staying in Seahouses for my birthday. Couldn't fault it meal was lovely and very good service would definitely recommend to family and friends. Wouldn't hesitate in booking here again for a meal

Lovely restaurant with excellent staff and food. Went with the family and was properly accommodated and taken care of by Raj. Food came in good time, good portions and a well priced menu. Will be going back.

Agree with the previous review, got a cheeky takeaway was served by Raj also, he had a impeccable knowledge of the menu was well taken care off. 5 stars.

Had a fabulous meal last night. The guys were attentive without being intrusive. We had the usual poppadoms to spice up the appetite which were served with 5 sides not the usual 4 apparently the fifth is exclusive to the Spice House and well worth a dip.The starters Chicken chat for me and shish kebab for my hubby (who I might add does not like eating out at as much as I do) were hot and nicely served the chicken was plenty spicey served with a fab pancake with a real tasty cold side. Hubby's kebab was also very tasty. The curry arrived with a perfect breathing space we had both opted for out favourite Pathia no e lamb and partner chicken the shared vegetable pelau rice was moist and more than enough for 2 good esters. No words can do the curry justice suffice to say you gotta try it yourself. We mopped both up with a perfectly cooked nan the plates went back to the kitchen as clean as they came out. In fact it was a bit embarrassing when our wonderful waiter commented that the chef would be pleased to see such clean plates! We both had a bottle of cold Kingfisher to wash our meal down with and were pleasantly surprised to have a very reasonable bill of Only £39.10 can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. The waiters are well presented the place is spotless excellent food and the atmosphere is welcoming if your in the area u gotta give it a try. My hubby is now a convert.
