Must admit today I called in the one stop shop for help regarding my parking permit young lady called Charlotte was very helpful  and sorted it out for me very friendly  and helpful  thank-you.

This library is the best public library I have been to. The staff are welcoming,.the facilities in there are top notch and the environment is another beautiful thing about it. Very clean and beautiful setting. Even though I have internet access in my home, I still prefer to go study there because of how comfy it is to study in such a beautiful place. Brilliant strategy

Went try get my work time sheet printed from my mobile due to my printer not working. Was informed they couldn’t do this even though, I’ve been able to do this previously. Made no effort to advise me if I was able to do from a computer. Very poor customer service and unhelpful.

A lovely little library with an excellent children's area!

Refused to print a document. Viruses! Not picking up their phone.

Lovely staff, and always a pleasure to use their facility. X

Excellent service and excellent staff. Fully reccomend.
