I can't fault this library in anyway, staff always helpful & friendly. Brian Evans

Always disappointed by such unhelpful and sometimes rude staff. I don't understand this because the staff should be there to help you and instead refuse to help and make you feel as if you're in the wrong by asking for it. There is one particular lady who really shouldn't work there.

Nice mix of study, laptop, computer, reading and children area. Open plan at times can be a tad noisy working, whilst story time etc taking place, but overall I think this is a good thing having different social groups interacting in public places. Free Wifi and DVD's also available to hire.

More like a business conference building for people, never a minute of silence. I don't think this library knows how to open their windows in summer either.
