My deepest thanks to you all at Spectrum I brought my watch to you. It was bought in Selfridges and was of sentimental value. A jeweller in London had changed the battery and told me that the bracelet had a screw missing. I later discovered that the shank was broken. Neither the London jeweller or Selridges were able to help with a repair. Even Gucci said that as the watch was over five years old it was considered obsolete and they did not hold parts for it and could not repair the shank. You said you could have a look at it but couldn't be sure it could be repaired and it might be expensive. To my absolute delight you were able to repair the watch for £60! It was a very small price to pay to keep a lovely, originally expensive watch which was of sentimental value to me. This was in 2010 and the watch is still going strong. Thank you for your care, creativity and expertise. I have great pleasure in recommending you.

Our family has used Spectrum Fine Jewellery for many years. Keith and his team are a friendly family business, helpful and very knowledgeable, with a wealth of experience. They have designed and made wedding and engagement rings for us, as well as earrings and pendants. We have also had existing jewellery repaired and restyled, including treasured inherited items, as we have complete confidence in their quality of service and workmanship.

Working in London I heard about Spectrum through recommendation from a colleague. The owners are craftsmen who opened up to retail, so their knowledge is incredible I had an antique ring that I wanted replicated to a larger scale, what they presented me with was amazing. It was so convincing I showed it to another jeweller who thought it was an original antique
