I went in just to look but with the good knowledge from the manager and with how friendly and welcoming they are I came away with a little prezzie for my wife. Great store in hastings best I have been in.

Visited H.Samual at Hastings Wednesday afternoon for some advice on gifts for my wife's oncoming birthday, the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. A special mention must go to the manager who was in total control and very professional with a huge knowledge of jewellery. I will return to purchase items I viewed.

Waited here genuinely wanted to purchase 3 watches and somw earrings for 3 of us, however after waiting to be looked at but instead they decided to serve others that came in after us and they didn't even want to purchase anything either. Greeting all customers would be bad to learn.

Very friends staff, watch advisor was bang on. He talked me through everything about the watch, and made sure I knew what was what. Overall all very good experience.

Kerrie was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The shop displays made me want to go in and browse. I enjoyed my shopping experience

I usually shop at Ernest Jones. Unfortunately that store has now closed , knowing that H Samuels is part of the same group I thought I would pop in and see if they could assist with a repair. The service and knowledge that I got from the staff was amazing and at the same level  as if I had popped into Ernest Jones . I’m pleased to say that H Samuels will be my new jeweller of choice . Highly recommend.
