The girl who helped me was great made it easy as I had never been here before.
Visited Pandora store in Hastings after a problem I had with a bracelet, extremely helpful very good customer service, I would have given it 5 stars except I saw on their website that a couple of other people had had the same problem I thought i was the only one! and after the Hastings staff contacted head office there was no real solution. Not Hastings staff fault.
Such lovely staff. I went in to source a gift for a friend's birthday and also found a lovely London icon range...The woman who served me explained what bracelets went with which pendants and explained that items could be delivered or ordered to be available in the shop.
As usual great selection . Staff friendly and helpful

Very helpful lady that served me but the layout isn't that good for browsing, people have to block views over the horizontal displays and have to be moved everytime staff want to get any stock out. There is a sign for queuing but not sure if that's just to ask to see what you want or for the till. Lovely box and bag and again couldn't fault the lady that served me.
Great quick and easy to find what I was after and super friendly staff
Very friendly staff put my charms on for me and also fitted a safety chain to my bracelet.
