I am due to collect my third pair of glasses in six years from Specstacular and continues to be my go to place, very friendly, professional, caring. I get plenty of compliments too because the glasses I wear are very special and unique. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed
I came across Specstacular looking on google for opticians to get new lenses on my new frames. I was quite worries because I have bought new frames and didn’t want to spoiled them. But I couldn’t make a better decision leaving my frames with blabla and blabla, they took care of them. And not also that they got me the best lenses for my frames and mu eyes. I am more than happy with the results and would recommend them to everyone
By far, the best selection of glasses in London and the best advice to guide you towards the perfect pair for you. Owners are not only true master of their craft but also very nice and passionate. Only downside the personalised advice takes time so might need to wait your turn
An amazing duo of specialists who create such a warm, comfortable and informative environment. I’m always amazed by the service and expertise Hala and Keval provide. I definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for unique and bespoke specs with the added bonus of an attentive and caring quality of service. From offering honest advice to a selection of quality frames/lenses to a quality of care that makes you feel seen and heard as a customer, this little shop is a fantastic space for glasses enthusiasts.
I bought my first pair of glasses from here and the customer service is fantastic! The store is owned and run by 2 opticians who work at the store and care about its reputation and the customers experience. They offer a unique range of good quality glasses and will do their best to make sure you get the right frame and are completely happy. If you can get to Shoreditch, London, this store is definitely worth a visit

From the incredibly thorough eye test where my vision was measured accurately for the first time in years, to the hands on care and customer support offered nothing will beat this experience. The glasses look amazing and I had a great time selecting frames with their patience and help in getting it right for me. They took time and cared about the details and finding me the best pair of frames. There is serious history, heritage and expertise in this place. If you're looking for a transformative pair of glasses, look no further! Hala and Keval are absolutely lovely people too. Could not recommend Specstacular more.
This place takes the optician to a new level. It’s a level of attention to detail and customer service I didn’t even know existed when it came to glasses. They take so many factors into account when designing your lenses and choosing frames with you. Truly bespoke. From a purely aesthetic point of view they have the most incredible selection of vintage and new frames. I got some Cazals, which I’ve always wanted and love them. Can’t imagine I’ll go anywhere else now.
