EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & BEAUTIFUL GLASSES!!!! Honestly. from start to end the whole process was very enjoyable. Usually picking frames to suit my face shape can be very daunting and stressful for me, especially when there are many options to pick from - I can be very indecisive! I must have liked over 10 frames from the ones I tried on, but the advise and support I received from Mark was extremely helpful in making the final decision. WOW the options of glasses available... I have never gone to an opticians where I fall in love with so many frames, all very trendy and fashionable, something for everyone!!! I went in to purchase an everyday glasses for a new prescription and ended up ordering one transitional frame + everyday frame, because the options are so beautiful!!! The whole team in general were lovely and always so helpful. Will definitely be going again for my next pair! Karen
Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much to the staff. I took a pair of sunglasses in to see if they could be repaired. They were old but I wanted them fixed because they had sentimental value. The staff took the time and trouble to find the specialist tool needed and fixed the glasses within a couple of hours rather than try to sell me another pair as they easily could have done. They were so friendly and so helpful. Mark and Irfan did such a good job. Strongly recommended.
Mark and his colleagues are exceptional and their standard of work is second to none. I was digging deep to find a frame for a very peculiar model, and was turned away by most specialists in London. However, Mark and the Optix team came to my aid in a matter of minutes. Communication was straightforward and clear. Timing and direction was very speedy. And most of all, they were simply kind and genuine. It's refreshing to just sometimes have someone smile and sort things out when you're busy or stressed with your own things. Pleasantly surprised by how good the service was and will definitely go back to them in the future.
Nearly 20 years of loyalty has always been honoured by Marc, Crozier and the friendly team, with underlying optometry very precise. I recommend OPTIX for those requiring certainty with their eyesight, subsequent contact lens, glass and frame choices thereafter. I have sometimes needed contact lenses delivered quickly by post – not once have OPTIX failed to deliver before their guaranteed date.
I have tried another optician since I first visited Optix years ago, but returned almost immediately as that purchase failed spectacularly to meet the lens and frame quality available at Optix. At my last visit the team were very patient as I was paralysed with indecision between two frames, and allowed me the space and time to decide, rather than defaulting to quick flattery to get me out the door. My glasses were ready very quickly as well. Really great service, thank you.
BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!!! My son 7 broke his glasses day before holiday flight. Went to Optix in the morning and they repaired frames right away, took literally 2 minutes! 10/10 service, thank you!!!

Thank you OPTIX for your absolutely excellent service and help choosing my latest glasses. Their frame selection is very extensive and their advice was extremely valuable. I was able to get the new Nikon seemax infinite lenses and they are absolutely out of this world, well worth the price. I was very impressed with how transparent OPTIX where and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy more expensive frames or lenses. I cannot recommend them enough, they are far and above many many Opticians in London.
Optix has a very extensive, high quality range of glasses and service is excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and good at advising what sorts of glasses might work best. I recently picked up a set of frames there. Optix fitted the lenses which are excellent, and turnaround was very rapid. I can highly recommend this company.
Excellent customer service when I got new glasses last October. Local to my work office so was able to go in an have an eye-test and as a result of a prescription change and a very ageing pair of glasses, I got a much better pair which I use all the time. Had to visit for some follow up adjustments which were done without any issues. Shout out to Marc for providing great customer service.
