My experience was really satisfactory. After an unfortunate incident with my glasses, I needed quick advice. Initially I got an appointment for the next day but was then called back to let me know a slot had been freed up. I therefore got a chance to get my eye test done sooner. The staff was friendly and professional. The eye test was really detailed and they really took their time to make sure all my questions were answered. They also have nice offers. The eye test was £25 and I believe this is good value as it was thorough. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very, very poor customer service. When I was buying my pair of glasses everything went smooth and quick. When I wanted to return them I had to wait for 35 minutes to be told I need to wait even longer. Something that normally takes 10-15 minutes, took them overall 50. Apparently, because I wanted to get a refund I didn't get as much attention as customers who came there to buy glasses.

Poor service all round. Paid over £200 for glasses and wanted to try contacts but it seems to me once they got money out of you they don't care anymore. Didn't contact me to let me know glasses were In and same with trial contacts twice, also forgot to order contacts. Endless staff walking around trying to look busy but not doing anything. One supervisor women interfering and trying to show up another member of staff who was being helpful. Today was the last straw when I went in for my appointment at 10.40 to be told I don't have one and I would have to book another 😡 he soon got told what to do...will not use this company again... I've been a regular customer at this branch and I have seen the quality of the service declining every time. The staff is rude, incompetent (gave me a grossly incorrect prescription) and they keep bickering among themselves in front of customers! The lady supervisor is also awkwardly rude to her staff and embarrasses them in front of customers. Wrong information is often given and order delays are not respected. Customers are made to wait for no reason while staff is chatting. Anyway, I will never put my feet at this particular branch again. Avoid!!

My overall experience from specsavers was great. I walked in and had an eye test straight away and was helped by a young gentlemen named yaya, he was extremely helpful and offered me the best customer service in store, i will he sure to tell all my friends about this store
