An appointment here is like a lottery ticket. Finally when you get one the chances are high that it might be rescheduled without you ever knowing. When finally get there you will be apologising for your very presence. Don’t even bother

Would not recommend this Doctors to anyone! Always unable to give you emergency appointments, when you are given an appointment it's always around a weeks wait and by that time you've either sorted the issue yourself or ended up in hospital! The receptionists are not very polite also. Had an appointment booked in a while back as I was suffering with serve back pain to the point I struggled to walk, went to the doctors to be told no appointment was booked in?! Was then told to go and sit down and wait to see wheather my doctor can see me there and then... they had me waiting a good 30 minutes to then be told no and to book in for the following week! In which I then ended up going up the hospital with the back pain and was treated there and then!

Shockingly poor. They offer telephone consultations to people who are virtually deaf! Enough time wasted. This place really has gone down hill!

Long waits for an appointment, which are ALWAYS running late when you do get one! Appointments get cancelled without notification. Would not recommend.

I called 111 yesterday because i can not hear anything from my right ear and i've been told that i need to be seen in 24h. When i called in the morning the lady on the surgery told me that they have no appointments for emergency and that i need to call on monday. When i said that the lady on the phone said that she will send a message to the gp because this is an emergency she said that the lady can not said that because they can not guarantee appointments. I asked if i should go to the hospital as im going to work and i can not go without hearing she told me that i can go but they will send me back to the gp. So i need to wait until monday to see of they have some vacancy (as i probably have an ear infection and i actually have an heart disease i can not have infections or i might die). I pay my taxes and my taxes pay your wages. Maybe you should hire more doctors because you only have 2 for more that 2000 patients! That's ridiculous. I will make a formal complaint and i will go to the hospital. You should do a better job because people may die of your lack of profissionalism.
