I am not impressed...I have 3 months to use my warranty for corrective surgery. Time is running out and its been 2 weeks i still havent received my trial lense and only a week to go before my appointment to decide suitability. Optical express uxbridge needs to review its customer service processes. Timeliness of their service a huge problem. This is not the first time its happened.

Made a booking online. Was sent a confirmation by post of my appointment. That was all good. We I arrived for my appointment I was told there is a 1.5 hour wait. The reason running late, no apology. They could have called me to let me know. So my morning was wasted. I ve decided to book elsewhere as I don't have a good first impression of then.

Had Lasek in 2009 with Life time aftercare peace of mind. Was clearly told any future tests\ procedures would be free of charge. Called today for a test because my eye sight has started to deteriorate and was told to check my T&C's.. there is no such aftercare! (Zero stars, had to click on one so I could submit). Unbelievable from a high street brand.

Seriously unfriendly unwelcoming staff. I have been waiting several weeks for my appointment and when finally got there today for my pre-booked appointment I was told that they are running behind and will need to wait about an hour (in fact I was told that it may be longer as she couldn't guarantee anything). Funnily enough, I have been called three times ahead of my appointment as they wanted to ensure I can make it on the day, today I did 15 miles in order to get there and this is what they've done to me. The lady at the reception was not apologetic at all and she didn't even make the effort to explain the delay. I do not feel this is professional enough to be running a business, not recommended at all. Yours faithfully, - Anna Strzelecka
