Would recommend this branch as the staff here are attentive and helpful. Hasan was very good and looked after us when we went to the store Also mentions to Manpreet and his team for being efficient and super keen to serve. Awful service at the opticians reception in Uxbridge, then my glasses weren't correct and then I couldn't get back in touch because they never answer their phone!
Dreadful customer service. nobody answers the phone and the junior staff are not well trained. The senior staff are and the Opthamologists are very good
I have had my eye test annually at Boots in Uxbridge for about 10 years. It is always a very good thorough test but this year, August 2021, I felt that the optician was even better than usual. It was an optician I had not seen previously and his diligence and commitment to ensuring that he worked out the best prescription for me for my varifocals was superb, I cannot rate him highly enough. However I will be purchasing my frames and lenses elsewhere as I find Boots very expensive.
This should be zero stars. Been a customer there for going on ten years. Last September they gave me an expensive pair of varifocals. I couldn’t see out of them and went back 4 times! They told me it was me. I went somewhere else in total desperation thinking I needed an eye op, only to discover Boots had put the complete wrong prescription in a poor quality pair of glasses the correct ones I have now are amazing. I’ve asked for my money back but they want to make me another pair of poor quality glasses. I’m fighting to get my money back. 8 phone calls in and a shoddy, badly trained employee who did nothing to help has not eased the situation. Still waiting for the actual manager or supervisor to dignify me with a call back. I feel a no win no fee situation coming ........
I hadn't been to the opticians for years, so I was pleasantly surprised by how technical the machinery was. Harjeet was very helpful and happy to offer tips and answer my questions, I'd be recommending her to friends. The customer service was very good thanks to Tamana.
Went in to get new glasses yesterday, the customer service was terrible. The lady that served us seemed more interested in finishing her task initially than helping us. When she finally got around to helping us her manner was condescending, rude and entirely unprofessional. We had to sit through this only to find out after some time that the glasses we were about to buy were out of stock. A waste of time and terrible, terrible customer service. Avoid
I had a walk in appointment with a sore4, red eye. I was seen straight away and given a thorough examination with a hospital refferal. Thanks so much fro seeing and treating me so quickly.
Great customer service and very professional staff. Get the eyes tested for our family of 4. Mo is a very through and experienced optometrist. Never rush and always take a conservative approach to be 100% sure before prescribing anything. I have moved out of the area but don't mind taking a 16 mile trip as i know my family specially little ones are in safe hands.
I have had several appointments with Josh and was extremely impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness in recommending and arranging new contact lenses. They have truly transformed my life and I am so grateful to him for all his help - thank you Josh!
