I've never had a single problem with this doctors which is shocking because all the reviews are bad so I wanted to leave at least 1 good review for this surgery. Also, the nurse practitioner is amazing. So lovely and friendly and even goes the extra mile for you.

Worst doctors surgery i have ever HAD to be registered to. From the first day when the rude receptionists insisted I was not within my catchment area without even asking/checking my address. To another time when I arrived for my early morning appointment and stood ignored for 10 minutes while they finished their morning catch up (not work related). Such high and mighty want to be important persons. I am not surprised at the rate of missed appointments considering by the time your appt comes around (2 months later) you have probably both forgotten about it and got better. And waiting in a call queue for 30 minutes to cancel an appointment you no longer need is a ridiculous waste of time.

Very helpful, every time I wanted to see a doctor without an appointment I got to see the doctor within 2 hours on that day. Reception staff is very helpful in anyway.

I have had terrible service from this surgery which has made going to the doctors an even more unpleasant experience. I have never had an appointment on time, the reception staff are rude to me (both in person and over the phone), receiving my medical records has been difficult and I have also received someone else's referral letter with confidential information. To which I was told "we never get it wrong" - sad to say you did. My private details were given out to someone else and received someone else's details. I understand we all make mistakes, however your reception did not apologise or attempt to fix the issue. Shocking service on every level.

Similar to other experiences - waited absolutely ages in a call queue and had to call several times to actually get through to anyone, only to find out there aren't any appointments for min. 10 days! Here's an idea - maybe put an announcement at the start of the automated telephone system stating this! Definitely picking a different GP!
