A screw had come out of the arm of my glasses....these were purchased from specsavers a few years ago. They said I needed to book in for an eye test and then they would see if they could be repaired. Just another way of getting more money out of people. My husband took my glasses to Special eyes on Rinkway and they repaired them free of charge. Have now booked with these for an eye test.

Fast and efficient service with some excellent eye testing equipment. Friendly and helpful staff.

The floor stafd here are great. I felt the optometrist was rude and was rushing my exam. I was told by someone this was because I used a discount voucher. Uf specsavers dont want people using these vouchers then do not advertise them!
