Taken Indian OCI application photos from here last time and it was acceptable. They even saved the photos to an USB and emailed over the digital copies

I looked on the website and it said 5.30 closing. Wonderful I thought. I need about an hour so I will go in at 4.30pm which I did. I had lots of pictures to do albums to get enlargement blar blar blar. Then the young lady said casualy at 5.10 they closed at 5. Omg I said I've just sent over 70pictures across to be printed off. It's ok she said I will wait but would I minded if she just texted her child minder saying she was going to be late. I felt awful. I said I checked on swadlincote sight and it said 5.30pm yes it does she said it needs changing. So to the bosses up above.. change your website details because it's your staff that suffer. I have forgotten the ladies name but I know she is from Leicester I think and her husband works for max spielmann aswell. Thank you to that lovely lady and it was 5.36pm when she locked up.
