Fantastic food and friendly staffFood: 5/5
Disgusting a member of staff called Melissa gave me a coffee after the machine had rinsed in the coffee this isn’t the 1st time this member of staff have done thisFood: 1/5
My fiancee and myself had a breakfast roll of bacon and sausage this morning, really why bother. My bacon was a door wedge, and the sausage was the smallest chipolata, on a dried up baguette. I had a Gregg's orange juice which was rank! Abi had a coffee described as "drinkable" just. This would have come to £6.70 but luckily I had 2 free vouchers, thinking about it I should have eaten the vouchers that's why I gave it 2 stars. If I was paying with hard earned money then it would have been a -5. Keep your cash in your pocket folks or better still, pop to the supermarket and get the items to make your own
The kids and myself usually enjoy, and have good experience at, Greggs but yesterday I was unhappy that my food was cold and when I asked they couldn't heat it up. Still love the coffee and breakfast though.
Bought a chicken bake this morning at 10am. It was COLD. Told the lady behind the counter and she just said that the warm display counters do not in fact keep the food warm ! How long have they been sat there then? It was 10am! She said they're all cold and I could come back in 20 mins for a hot one from the oven if I wanted or have a sausage roll which were hot despite being in the same display counter! Its called a chicken BAKE, I expect it to be hot and it is from all the other greggs I've been to!
Service wasn't great. Felt the lady who served me was rude and when I made a complaint about my food being stone cold, she told me its not a hot food shop? May just be me but usually the food and service is excellent.
The favourite with most locals. Can't beat a sausage roll or a baguette. I do find it weird that the company have introduced a t0p charge to sit indoors
