This morning was in to get my glasses fixed after i had knocked them and they were not sitting well on my face.Felt they were tilted and tight to my face uncomfortable. Vicky came to assist me and after a couple of ajustments she immediately saw the problem. She told me to have a seat and went to fix them .When she came back and i fitted them on again they were just perfect , better than when i first got them fitted. She did a great job, and as i wear my glasses all the time , I am so greatful to her. She also had a great manner when serving me. Thankyou Vicky. Great asset to Specsavers .

I was having ongoing problems with the fit of new frames purchased earlier this year. I decided that my only option was to purchase new frames, but Stephen the manager at Specsavers would not allow this. He took the time to listen to my problems and there was no hesitation that the only way forward was to get new frames. He helped me in the choice and fit of frames and three days later these were ready. I am totally delighted with my new frames, even though I haven't had them for 24 hours yet, the difference in comfort and fit has been immediate. I cannot recommend Stephen and his Team at Coleraine Specsavers enough, a very professional and caring opticians, Thank You!!!
