I honestly can’t thank Riverside enough. I was in such a stressful situation after my pharmacy in England messed up my medication just before I’m due to travel, and I didn’t know what I was going to do.nnEven though I’m no longer a patient, they didn’t hesitate to help me. They were so kind, understanding and just got everything sorted so quickly without making me feel like a burden at all.nnI felt genuinely cared for, and the relief it gave me is hard to put into words. It’s not often you come across this level of compassion and willingness to help, especially when they didn’t have to.nnI’m so, so grateful, thank you for going out of your way for me, it really meant everything.

Since moving here from Derry in 2014, Riverside has been my practice. I have only good things to say, both staff and doctors have looked after me and my complicated health both professionally and with empathy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Now that they've entered the 1970s and are capable of placing callers into a queue, I'll give a good rating. Until a few months ago, it was a rat race in the morning for an appointment, where you would be disconnected immediately if someone else was already calling. You could call 200 times and not get through. Fingers crossed they don't regress!

Can never get through!!

Big problem getting an appointment or speaking to doctors..really a joke now
