The service was excellent but the glasses feel like they were made in some backyard sweatshop, the edges of the arms and the lens holders are quite sharp and the glasses themselves Creak like a old pair of knees, definitely not as good a quality as ones I've had before.

Booked my appointment the evening before. Every staff member I spoke and dealt with was genuine and helpful. Settled with my new glasses with honest guidance, which is crucial in my opinion. All in all, very happy to visit and educated to the health of my eyes.
