Each time I have had to attend Northgate Podiatry I had been in a lot of discomfort.  Mr Waters has treated me with much kindness, patients and professionalism. My son was very nervous about going to see a podiatrist for an ingrown toe nail. The doctor was AMAZING and took the time to explain not only what was causing the problem but demonstrated the procedure using paper and bending and cutting it. This put my sons mind at ease and he was able to endure the procedure without any problems. On our way out my 10 year old said, "Wow, that was easy and did not hurt at all!" Thank you Northgate Podiatry for making going to the doctor educational and easy!

First visit today with an ingrowing toenail. Bit worried it would incur pain but surprisingly it didn't. Penny was lovely, attentive and professional. Jim was also in the vacinity and equally kind and knowledgable. Options of treatment discussed, conservative v surgical. Opted for conservative and review as necessary. I'm happy today and will be happy to go again in due course. A very positive experience, thank you.

Coiuldnt have been happier with the attention, appointment and follow up given to my teenage daughter. My grandmother had a similarly very good experience here. Highly recommended.
