All staff go out of their way to help you. They are very efficient and professional without being distant; they make you feel that they care. 

I recently had an issue needing a hospital referral. I know from speaking to others on an online forum that I was fortunate that my symptoms were taken very seriously and the referral made straight away. 

As for problems getting through to them to make an appointment, yes, they are very busy but, in my experience, it's no harder than it has been with previous surgeries. I tend to use the online booking service unless I need to see a GP urgently.

Can't praise them enough. And I am speaking as someone who hasn't always had a lot of faith in doctors.

Walked into the surgery today, in immense pain. Was tipped of by my colleague that the surgery was even there, as I live in Ipswich (and work in BSE). Receptionist was great at helping my out. Filled in a form, received a call from the doctor only 5minutes later, asking me to come straight back to the surgery. Seen within minutes, dealt with in a very person-specific, lovely manner and felt very pleased with the great, fast-responsive service. Well done, and thankyou. Special mention to Dr.Polli
