I can't say enough good things about this surgery, genuinely caring, lovely doctors and the receptionists are lovely too.. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, am seen on time (sometimes early!) and I've always felt that the doctors I've seen have really cared about my welfare.

So hard to get an appointment wether it's for myself or my children. One doctor is very rude to the point I left crying. Certain doctors are good for certain problems. 5 stars to Dr Chapman, Dr Hunter, Dr Yateman and Dr Ade? The rest? I would stay clear if you can get an appointment!

I have moved from London and this surgery is amazing. The receptionists smile while doing their job and I've never heard them snap at anyone - despite being pushed to the limit at times! As for the doctors - I've seen four of them and they are all exceptional people. I cannot imagine how this practice could be improved upon. Hooray for the NHS.

Rang one day and was told to ring next day at 8am for an appointment. Have rang from 8am wit has the machine saying they are closed. Continue to ring till 8.38am to finally get through to a non stoprofit ringing.. finally got answered at 8.46am. For a surgery that opens at 8am.........8.46am is the time you actually open.....
