Good glasses from here, the shop front people are sometimes a little less than knowledgeable but when you go for your eye test upstairs they are quite good and seem to know their stuff. Sadly the machine that takes a picture of the back of your eye was broken both times I went but should be fixed soon.

Poor experience. Been a customer for many years. Antiquated and faulty equipment. Needs a radical update and some customer service training for their staff. Looks like Boots or Vision Express have a new client.

Worst Specsavers there is! Rude staff, incompetence beyond belief, mistake after mistake and after 20 years as a customer I will not use them again.
