Had a few issues with prescriptions in the past but that's minor, The Dr I have is amazing and actually knows about my conditions which is rare. Knowing that my gp knows the ins and outs of ME and fibro is very reassuring and always takes the time to listen.

Lovely staff. Yet booking an urgent blood test was ridiculous. Also ordering repeat prescriptions, again a nightmare!!

Went for a asthma review. I've not been for years and this nurse reminded me why. She made me feel like I was waisting her time and just told me how much my condition was costing the NHS.

just had a operation and ring to get a doctors note and told the receptionist that i need a 2 month note and surprise surprise they do it for a month i am still going to be in plaster for another 2 months and explained that useless at listening to the patient
