Assessment appointment at 8a.m. Superb - everyone from great welcome at reception even though only 07.50 all through next hour and a half - eyesight tested, pressure tested etc. then on to Nicki for general  health check and then to Mariam opthalmologist - thorough withndetailed explanation of what to expect before/during cataract op and answers to all my questions. Truly excellent. No lengthy waits, plenty toilets, coffee and tea available, easy access. Well done to everyone.

Lauren and Maisie are so kind and patient! My Pomchi has to be sedated and muzzled, she was puppy farmed and they are so gentle and patient with her. They always do a wonderful job and she looks amazing after they've worked their magic on her. I was recommended to them, and likewise highly recommend them to anybody looking for excellent and thoughtful groomers.

A very professional and friendly service.nThe staff were excellent putting me at ease as I was petrified.nI felt the pre operative tests were very thorough and although there was a wait between tests hot drinks and biscuits were freely available.nI hope my second cataract operation goes as smoothly as my first.nThank you Spa medica .

I would like to thank all the staff at poole for their professional approach to the work they carry out, I have had two cataracts carried out with with very good results, well done.

Just blown away by the service they provide , How very lucky are we as locals to have such a service , lovely staff , polite and can't do enough for you . Just had my cataract procedure Thursday 30th and I must say I was petrified but it was very unessasary as I didn't feel a thing , but working myself in a operating theatre and being in different surroundings I was very apprehensive. I must also say I felt I had gone  private as the service I received was very high standard . I'd like to thank you all very very much from pre assessment  to theatre for the kindness I received in my time of need . All of you are a credit to the profession.  Thankyou .
