Fantastic birthday treat for myself my mum and daughter. The spa is so relaxing and the treatments are fantastic. I had Ayesha who is lovely explained all my products she used on me . The relaxation room is great too and so are the changing rooms nice and clean. Lunch and drinks good too. Would highly recommend this spa will be back soon thanks for a great day.
I had Natalie for a full body deep tissue massage, and I have to say that it was the best massage i’ve had to date. She was very knowledgeable and experienced so she tailored to my needs, and even though I hadn’t had her before she could easily work me out and find my problem spots. She was very helpful with recommendations too. Overall it was a lovely pampering day in the spa and an exfoliating scrub too, an excellent way to relax and catch up with a friend xxx
I had a brilliant day yesterday at 1877. I booked in for the mom-to-be package. The full body massage by Lydia was beautiful and so relaxing. Had some time in the relaxation room followed by the pedicure. I felt so pampered and didn't want to go home afterwards. Thank you for a fantastic day!
A lovely warm welcome as soon as you step through the door. The ‘Relaxation Room’ is just what you need to switch off from daily stresses. The complimentary hot drinks and enthused water are an extra treat and the lunch is both delicious and nutritious. The staff are all helpful and approachable and talk you through every aspect of your spa day; well worth the money. I’ll definitely be going back again and recommending to friends and family.
A fantastic experience that really catered to my pregnancy. Georgia was a perfect therapist: knowledgeable but not too chatty so I was able to relax completely. I was totally comfortable, despite being 37 weeks pregnant. The maternity room was a lovely addition to using the relaxation room, and I don’t feel short changed that I wasn’t able to use the spa experience itself.
The best massage ever. I had the Spa Ritual package. Two hours consisting of a full body massage and a facial. My treatment was by Lydia and she was amazing. Within seconds I was totally relaxed My skin is glowing. Thank you so much.
It was more than excellent!! Charlotte made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I had hot stone massage which to be honest was like a little of everything. I felt I was there for hours. It was just pure bliss!! I'd recommend this treatment to anyone. Thank you Charlotte!!
All 3 staff members I came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. The nail technician was lovely and did my nails the way I would expect. I have paid less elsewhere but haven't been happy as they have chipped easily. I feel my nails will last longer due to the technique she used. I have only visited the spa before and felt treatments weren't for me, however if I'm happy with my nails in 2 weeks time I will happily rebook for my nails again
Fantastic bespoke massage, exactly what I asked for and just the right amount of pressure. Followed by a lovely couple of hours relaxing in the spa. As a cancer survivor, I am delighted to be able to have normal treatments here as the therapists are trained by Cavendish Cancer Care, unlike many spas who are too afraid to touch me as soon as I mention the C word!
Had an amazing first ever massage which really helped me relax and the lady gave me some good advice. My nails and eyebrow treatments were also incredibly relaxing and helped me to feel and look amazing. Thank you to everyone who was involved with my treatments today!
