Bought my wife some gift vouchers for her birthday which she'd miss placed 😯 but did eventually find them to find they was a month out of date. She rang to explain but the gent whom she spoke to was REALLY obnoxious & said to her "tough. It's who has lost £50" & won't even honour them or a percentage of them

Brilliant place always friendly and try and fit you in whenever possible and very informative about the treatments they offer, would highly recommend!

Disgusting customer service and the most disrespectful company I have ever come across. My uncle is ill & only weeks to live so could not book an appointment with in the 3 months my gift voucher had on it. We apologized and even offered to bring a friend (who would pay for a treatment) to come with me so we could use the voucher but the woman on the phone abruptly told me she couldn't help me. Again, Most un-compassionate company I have come across! Wouldn't recommend
