A great place to watch healthy people doing healthy things like running and jumping and hurling themselves into a huge sandpit. I do all this from the relative comfort of a treadmill in the gym overlooking the 200m indoor running track and sports field where I plod along at a leisurely pace trying to shift a few of the extra pounds accrued over the years. I am not alone. Together with very fit, trim, firm and often pert young people, a growing number of my kind are often found flaunting our fat, hopefully as it becomes lesser with the aid of the excellent array of exercise facilities.

Excellent parking facilities. Clean and fresh. Could do with a bit more variety in the cafe. 1 vending machine not working which was annoying. Not many healthy option for a sports venue

Large spacious arena.great for sporting activities.here with the British youth fencing tournament. Fencing great for a whole body work out.dont need to be super fit to start.all ages welcome to classes.all sees welcome.its brill to watch and partake..what ever area you live give fencing a try.

Great training venue with loads of facilities. There is an indoor running track, basketball courts but no swimming pool. Plently of car parking spaces, the only thing is, because of the venues services lots of events are held here meaning it does get busy, especially at weekends.

Very impressive place .went to watch World Championship Snooker qualifying. car park very busy but managed to find a place.£11.00 for both afternoon and evening sessions saw 4 matches very well organised and helpfull staff Will go again if its on next year!!Highly recommended!!
