Been going  there over 30  years  always helpful and very good. No.problems  at all.

We have always dealt with Southcote Pharmacy. Since I have been ill. But the other day my Wife went in to order a cream for my scars, that I have developed from my Triple bypass. The male person said to my Wife they could not get that cream. My wife said well why do the doctors prescribe it. His reply was they don't know.(rather sharp) My wife went to Boots and got the cream. What is this Pharmacy doing, don't they want the custom?

Not good. Service is not good. Always a problem.

This pharmacy loses perscriptions. On two occasions they have lost scripts for my son who has to have a special medication to make him sleep or he will stay awake for several days. They also, more often than not only part fill scripts which makes patients have to return to get the rest of their medicines.
