This was great when they started, near the Drs and they have fairly fast service. I have now had to stop using them, I get a regular prescription and everytime for the last 6 months they have missed items due to lack of stock. Get it together! Today they took fifteen minutes to tell me they were out of stock and I left without anything.

***update*** I have since started getting prescriptions sent from the doctors directly. This has improved the situation, I now get a text sent when the prescription is ready to collect and this has worked lovely with only a 5 minute wait until I am ready to go. The pharmacy have also been able to loan me medication if a prescription is not available from the surgery.

Got a problem they are always on hand to help you or give you some advice with a smile and friendly atmosphere plus open very late so this is one to put on your notice board 😁

The online system on their website that is used for ordering of prescriptions do not work. Just had a phone conversation with someone within the pharmacy where I was instructed that it is better to phone in for repeated prescriptions as almost nobody checks the e-mail/website.

The meds ordered by the are often lost, even after the message about "prescription being ready" are delivered by phone SMS system to your mobile there is no guarantee that there will be anything waiting for you once you visit the pharmacy. This only increases waiting times and often makes you loose your doctor appointment in situations where you need the meds to be administered by the injection etc.

Bought some pain killers turns out they buy them from cheap warehouses in southhall then the doc give me 3 items they gave completely wrong medicine I don't think that they hired professional People I guess their backround of owning a corner shop takes over I am just hoping they don't kill anyone before they wake up.
