I use the pharmacy for monthly prescription.
Most staff are very friendly and helpful. 
Alex in particular is a charming chap. 
Unfortunately there does tend to be quite a long wait but it's always busy so that's not surprising.

More likely to die of whatever it is you are suffering from before you get served at the pharmacy. General retail staff are unprofessional and slow, but still quicker than self service which they constantly try to direct customers to.

Shocking telephone support. On 3 consecutive days I have phoned the Reading pharmacy and general support lines - NO ONE HAS PICKED UP THE PHONE! Useless.
